who served or made the ultimate sacrifice to keep the Stars and Stripes flying and our shores safe.
Remembering has been an integral part of my life since childhood – they may be gone but they are never forgotten.

My dad was in the US Navy during WW II and my brother and sister-in-law were in the Army for several years. I am very grateful that none of them were harmed.
