Happy Thanksgiving

I count myself lucky that holidays evoke good memories. As a child, I spent holidays and summers with my loving grandparents at Brookside Farm in Landaff, New Hampshire.

After they retired, their small dairy farm was bought by the Erb family and incorporated into their Springvale Farm.

Springdale Farm now produces Landaff Cheese and the cheese makers live in my grandparents’ old farm house. 🙂

When the holidays roll around, Landaff Cheese has to be on our table whether it is used in an omelette or eaten with other finger foods. It is delicious, and it just brings a smile to my face.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
