I do like looking at these scenes, with snow gently falling, and the eerie bluish lighting….especially when you’re indoors (preferably quilting!) with no reason to be out on the road!
Actually I could come up with a few choice words about this photo, but they wouldn’t be appropriate! Looks like my backyard….
Looks like more card games with the card shark grandson are in store! 🙂 I just came in from getting several inches of ice-snow off of my steps and car but what is FASCINATING is to roll down the car windows and see the sheets of ice stay there! 🙂
Even the card shark doesn’t come out in this weather. 🙂 Now, those sheets of ice are something else. We just got in from clearing about 6″ and it’s still coming down strong.
Oh, how pretty! We (northern CA Sierra’s)’ might get some snow tonight/tomorrow morning. I know you are probably sick of the snow but we can’t wait. Love it and miss it. Have a great day!
Hope you get as much of the beautiful white stuff as you ‘want.’ I must admit I’m dreaming of ‘green’ instead of ‘white.’ You have yourself a great day too!
That really is a beautiful picture even if I don’t like snow. It also looks VERY cold! Stay warm my friend!
The snow can be very pretty, but tends to overstay its welcome.
