It was wonderful. You would have laughed if you saw the dining area full with three folks cleaning tables, three parking attendants,, and people sitting at picnic tables outside with their coats on. We had to sit on the side where the building cut the wind. But, it was worth it. 🙂

I know there are plenty of places to eat clams but my top three would be in Rockport, Gloucester and Ipswich, Judy.
For years, we liked Howard Johnson’s and Friendly’s since we were stuck in Ohio between visits to our relatives in Massachusetts!

Fried clams…the best!! So worth indulging, and you can’t find better than New England!!! I don’t see a tall glass of beer, however????
