Thursday Doors

When I passed by this street sign the other day, I decided I had to go back and find out what kind of doors I’d find on Easy Street – white doors, lots of white doors.  🙂

Easy Street is across the road from the beach. All the houses are elevated to hopefully survive storms and the serious lack of drainage here. They are painted lovely beachy colors, and most are for rent.

At my ‘mature’ age the idea of climbing a full flight of outside stairs with all my belongings, groceries and whatever else I take in and out doesn’t really call to me. I like our elevator. 🙂

Have you every lived on Easy Street?

I must say I’ve had some years that were easier than others, but I can’t say I’ve ever lived on Easy Street. Then again, I grew up in an era where I was told repeatedly ‘what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.’ 🙂
